Throughout the year we offer workshops, seminars and host events. We hope you'll join us!

Chamber Jam, a fun and festive event is taking place at The Gardener’s Center, with over 6,000 square feet for hundreds of people to enjoy live music from three regional bands and multiple local food vendors. We will again clear the lot and set the stage to dance the night away!

The Gardener’s Center is proud to partner with the Darien Chamber of Commerce and other local businesses to bring our community together in celebration of our wonderful town.

Floral Design Make & Take Workshop

Grab your friends and make some new ones! Join us at The Gardener’s Center for a Floral Design Workshop with our floral director, Jaime, where she’ll provide guided instruction and tips for creating a basic summer-inspired floral arrangement. Then take home your own creation to enjoy!

After this class you’ll feel confident in making simple table centerpieces for entertaining or handmade gifts for a friend.

*Workshop will be held inside the store in the air conditioning! Tools will be provided, although you certainly can bring your own if you choose.

Houseplant Insects & Pests With Joy

Join us for this informative seminar where Joy will go over all things buggy when it comes to your houseplants. She will help you identify the most common houseplant insects and pests then discuss control and prevention methods to keep your houseplants happy and healthy!
