2025 Vroom In Bloom: A Community Car Show to Remember

This past weekend, we hosted our very first Vroom In Bloom Car Show here at The Gardener’s Center, and what a day it was! From the moment the engines revved and the first cars rolled in, we knew something special was happening.

It was one of those perfect fall weekends in Connecticut: crisp air, golden sunshine, and our lot buzzing with excitement. Families, neighbors, and car enthusiasts from near and far gathered together to celebrate community, classic cars, and the joy of the season.

🌟 Highlights of the Day

Classic Cars Galore
From vintage beauties to rare finds, the lineup was nothing short of incredible. The craftsmanship, stories, and pride that each owner brought made the show a living gallery of automotive history.

Family Fun Everywhere
Kids enjoyed free activities, our always-popular Crystal Quest gem mining, and the chance to explore the lot filled with cars, music, and fall energy.

Hot Dogs & Fall Vibes
What’s a car show without good eats? Guests enjoyed free hot dogs, fall treats, and plenty of laughter as they strolled the grounds.

Memories That Matter Most
Perhaps the biggest highlight was hearing from so many of you afterward, the calls, emails, and conversations letting us know what a wonderful time you had. That means everything to us, because this event was all about you, our community.

We love visiting the Gardener's Center and have done so for years. Recently they installed a kid's activity area with a sluice box. My kids (9, 7, 3) panned for gems and stones in the sluice box then cracked open a Geode. Very cool. The birds and pup are always a big hit too. Thanks Kris and team!
