The right person for our team can go from catching butterflies to loading 50-pound bags of soil into a fancy hatchback… and somehow enjoy both. You’ll move heavy displays, trim delicate flowers, help customers dream up container gardens, and spend your days outdoors with people who love plants as much as you do.

But here’s the deal:

If you don’t enjoy meeting new people, lending a hand without being asked, or laughing through a busy Saturday — this won’t be the place for you.

If you’re only here for a paycheck, this won’t be the place for you.

And if you’re a lone wolf who doesn’t enjoy teamwork — definitely not the place for you.
