Shipping policy

At The Gardener's Center, we focus on providing high-quality plants and gardening essentials directly to our local community. Please note that we do not offer shipping or home delivery services at this time. All orders placed online are fulfilled via Store Pickup only.

1. Store Pickup Process

Once you place your order online, you will receive an order confirmation email.

• Order Preparation: Our team will carefully prepare your items. When your order is ready for collection, we will send you a second email notification titled "Ready for Pickup."
• Pickup Location: > The Gardener's Center

• Pickup Hours: Please visit us during our regular business hours to collect your items.

2. Requirements for Collection

To ensure a smooth pickup process, please bring the following:

• A copy of your Order Confirmation or Ready for Pickup email (digital or printed).
• A valid ID matching the name on the order (if requested).

3. Unclaimed Orders

We ask that you pick up your items within 7 days of receiving your pickup notification. If you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please contact us so we can make arrangements. Orders left longer than 14 days without communication may be subject to cancellation.
