As part of Foliage Fest, we’re thrilled to welcome local artist Nerea for an immersive pinch pot workshop. In this 90-minute class, you’ll learn essential techniques like pinching, carving, and painting while creating your very own planter. This workshop is all about fun, creativity, and self-expression — no prior experience required. Just bring your imagination (and clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy).

Workshop Includes:

Clay and all necessary tools
Paints for decorating your piece
Glazing and kiln firing of one finished planter

Your finished planter will be available for pickup about one month after the workshop.

We love visiting the Gardener's Center and have done so for years. Recently they installed a kid's activity area with a sluice box. My kids (9, 7, 3) panned for gems and stones in the sluice box then cracked open a Geode. Very cool. The birds and pup are always a big hit too. Thanks Kris and team!
