Discovery Day: Pollination Power

Come join us on Friday August 14th at 2:00 PM for a day spent in the sun filled with exploration, pollination, flowers, butterflies, bugs and crafts! 

We are excited to join in the important work of pollinators in the garden with 3 different activities. We will begin our morning by learning about pollination and applying our new skills in the nectar nook.
 We will then become a pollinator and "fly, crawl, and glide" around the Gardener's Center collecting flowers for a fresh flower necklace finally settling down to design your very own terracotta pot to color and take home. 

This event is for children 4+ and will run about 3 hours with a break for juice and snacks brought from home. Bring your curiosity and join us as we celebrate the role of our pollinators this summer. 

Parents: You will be asked to stay the entire time as well as provide a snack for your child.
